Nadine Lofts
Houston, Texas

The Nadine Lofts are warehouse type structures like many of those found around “Produce Row” near the center of Houston in the Heights District just inside the 610 Loop. They are environmentally friendly, energy efficient and low maintenance spec houses with sloping roofs to shed water during Houston’s heavy rainfalls. They have high ceilings and large open spaces with kitchens at the heart of second level living spaces. Third level sleeping areas with views to downtown overlook living spaces below and are divided into sleeping and sitting areas by movable barn-type doors. The first level of the lofts have flexible spaces with their own entries, mini kitchens, full baths and access to backyards to provide independent living for extended family or home offices.
